The average wildfire danger across the Calgary Forest Area (CFA) has dropped to LOW. Some much needed precipitation was registered in almost all our gauges across the area. More precipitation was expected today to help further dampen the wildfire danger and impact some of the drier areas that were missed.

WILDFIRES IN THE CFA

There are currently no active wildfires in the CFA.

Since January 1, the CFA has responded to 50 wildfires which have burned 12.30 hectares.
