The wildfire hazard has inched it's way back up to MODERATE for Sunday.
Southern parts of the area received some precipitation today, but the northern part of the area was warm and dry, helping the wildfire hazard climb back to MODERATE for tomorrow. The forecast for tomorrow is for a high of 16 degrees, humidity of 35%, chance of rain, and winds at NW 15 km/hr.
If you're camping this weekend, please ensure you extinguish your campfires before you leave on Sunday. Soak it, stir the ashes, soak it again.
We didn't have any new wildfires today. We have 12 crews, 3 helicopters and the airtankers on hand in the area to fight any new wildfires.
