EAP Updates

The Integrated Standards and Guidelines (IS&G) will be released on April 1, 2013. Any LAT Reports generated prior to April 1, 2013 will be rejected by the Electronic Disposition System. Features of this IS&G release include: adoption of the caribou range map (the previous “caribou land use referral map” is retired as of March 31, 2013); updates to Trumpeter Swan, Sharp Tail Grouse Leks and Endangered Plant Species layers; additional protection for sensitive species; crossing requirements for fish bearing streams; and improved rigor for the clearance of reservations and notations. Some standards have been removed; others clarified where required. Site and Installation, Access and Pipeline supplements have also been updated to reflect the changes of the revised IS&G and EAP processes.
